Number of timeshare owners in Spanish resorts: 715,000
* 623,000 of them are foreign and 92,000 are Spanish. United Kingdom ranks first in number of users with more than 278,000, followed by Germany with close to 106,000 users.
* 47% of timeshare owners in Europe have bought into Spanish resorts.
